He has led complex senior leadership appointments across Industrial, Consumer Goods and MedTech sectors, advising clients on leadership selection where execution risk, governance cadence, and cultural alignment are critical. In addition to his search background, Roger has served in CEO and senior operating roles, giving him a practical, first-hand understanding of how leadership decisions translate into performance.
