Roger Heid brings deep executive search and operating leadership experience shaped by senior mandates for European-headquartered companies operating in North America. He has led complex senior leadership appointments across Industrial, Consumer Goods and MedTech sectors, advising clients on leadership selection where execution risk, governance cadence, and cultural alignment are critical. In addition to his search background, Roger has served in CEO and senior operating roles, giving him a practical, first-hand understanding of how leadership decisions translate into performance. Anthony Harling is a senior executive search and leadership advisory professional with more than three decades of experience advising boards and senior executives across Europe. A former Partner at Heidrick & Struggles for 13 years, he has led complex senior appointments, leadership assessments, and transition mandates at board and C-suite level. As a Founding Partner of Harlschon, Anthony built a coaching practice focused on career transition, working with senior executives across countries and industries to develop clear, concise and compelling personal narratives. Within the Transatlantic Search advisory context, he acts as a reference point for search quality, mandate calibration, and leadership judgment, particularly in complex, cross-border executive and board appointments.

Jürgen Brandt

Jürgen Brandt brings deep industrial, financial, and governance experience shaped by senior leadership roles across Switzerland, Germany, Austria, and the United States. He served as CFO of Sulzer AG and as CEO in 2012, and currently sits on the Board of Bobst Group SA, where he chairs the Audit Committee. His career spans executive leadership, public-company governance, and board-level oversight in industrial manufacturing, packaging technology, energy, and medical technology. As an advisor to Transatlantic Search, Jürgen contributes a board-level perspective on governance, financial leadership, and executive risk, strengthening decision quality in senior leadership and board appointments within complex industrial and transatlantic environments.
